Tim started his Health and Safety career in 1990, conducting site noise assessments, vision screenings and providing personal protection equipment to businesses in the Derbyshire and South Yorkshire regions.
Tim then was employed by Aearo Technologies and was responsible for hearing and eye protection for the North East of England, before becoming the UK and Ireland manager for communications solutions in 2008.
Aearo Technologies along with their innovative hearing protection solutions were acquired by 3M in 2009 where Tim was their Hearing & Communications specialist for UK and Ireland for almost ten years.
