Peltor Headset Programming

The 3M Peltor LiteCom Pro family of safety and communication equipment offers a wide range of differing features out of the box depending on the model. They are capable of supporting up to 70 channels in the 403-470 MHz frequency range, selective signalling, ambient listening features and noise cancelling boom microphones.

However to make the most out of your communication equipment investment, each headset should be programmed and customised to your exact requirements. This customisation can include:

• Configuring headsets to your licensed radio frequency ranges and sub channels
• Or setting the headset to use the standard PMR licence free frequencies
• Resetting to a headset to factory defaults for a new user
• Adjusting audio levels and microphone sensitivity
• LiteCom Pro II & III models in both ATEX and Non ATEX can be programmed
• There is also a limited amount of adjustment on the LiteCom Plus models - ask for more details.

Peltor Litecom Pro II Programming

Most aspects of the two-way communication features and default settings of the LiteCom Pro II headset can be adjusted via our programming service, such as:

• Voice Operated Transmission (VOX) thresholds
• Squelch levels
• Volume and sensitivity 
• Frequencies and sub channels
• Note. The LiteCom Pro II headset is no longer in production by the manufacturer and replaced by LiteCom Pro III (see below). However, we have retained the software capability to programme this model despite being discontinued.
  

Peltor Litecom Pro III Programming

The following settings can be adjusted and configured on the Peltor LiteCom Pro III (3) range of headsets with our programming service:

• Automatic power off
• Microphone gain and level dependencies
• Channel and radio settings
• VOX and squelch

We aim to make the whole programming procedure as simple as possible.

1. Get in touch via email, telephone or the below online form with your requirements and model number/s
2. We will confirm we can perform the configuration, the £20.00 fixed fee and carriage costs (based on the number of headsets)
3. Post your equipment to us
4. The equipment will be programmed to your requirements and tested 
5. Headsets will be posted back to you, tracked and fully insured
